I read a past spout about the new facility manager at LTES and as an employee of the district over twenty years our schools have never been looking so poor. Sinks not working. Mold smell at Maude and sandman. Paint pealing on outside doors for months. Classrooms not cleaned as well as years ago. Rugs not vacuumed by night shift. Sticky desktops. Trash cans not emptied. Just who is in charge of maintaining these schools? Time for Van to look into these issues and make changes and hold people accountable even if they were hired and referred by board members.
