I only occasionally submit Spouts and have never complained about one not being published, because I realize there are reasons like space constraints. However, I sent one the day before the election, asking people to be magnanimous and to not gloat (without mentioning either party) because people will be hurting and we're all Americans. It wasn't published, but The Herald had plenty of room for divisive Spouts as usual.
Moderator's Note: Apologies from the moderator ...I "dropped" your spout in attempt to make it the spout of the week.I spent 10 minutes looking for in in the bowels of the spout Trash. Thanks for resending at least some of your sentiments!! It was a very welcome point of view.
