I never thought I would see the day when Stone Harbor is transformed to South Philly, but there it was on 83rd Street - placing cones in front of their house to save a parking space like they just shoveled 8 inches of snow and put lawn chairs out. Money can't buy everything, I guess. It certainly can't buy class, common sense, courtesy and respect.
