I live on West Baler Avenue and the police told me I can't put a traffic cone in front of my driveway to keep weekender from blocking me in. Said it "impedes trafic" However, on West Rio Grande there are multiple people from a local bar standing in the street with signs actually stopping traffic like traffic cops. West Rio Grande Ave is still a state highway and its ok for a local bar to have its own traffic division or something. Will they be issuing tickets soon? Maybe one of them can get a radar gun also?
