I live in Wildwood Crest. I need help in understanding why townships along this coastal area, make laws, hang signs, and otherwise propose rules and not enforce. Why have the "look" of a town with laws and then have none. Everyone figures that out. And... why do people not know that letting your dog relieve themselves on my property is still called trespassing. And when kindly asked to not let your dog do that, I get an argument. Please help explain this to me.
