I live in a no pet community in Ocean City, but many people there have found a loop hole to get there pets (dogs) in there as "Service Dogs" which by N.J. law they must be allowed to have if they have health or emotional problems. 10 years ago when i moved in there were 5 dogs, now there are 40 so called "service dogs".I think these people are scaming the system, they seem like healthy and well adjusted individuals who have these dogs, it's very easy to get these service dog certificates on the computer sent to yourself.
