I just saw a video of the wolf at the drinking fountain near Mariner's Landing, with its owner holding the button so the animal could drink and slobber all over it. Have all laws against endangering public health been repealed? The wolf should be given water at home, or if the owner takes it on the boardwalk illegally, he should fill a cup with water. Enough of this lunacy!
