I just returned from a trip overseas relaxed ,refreshed and happy. Of course the trip itself was terrific but one other factor created my new disposition. I did not watch any TV, did not use the internet for anything and avoided political discourse. Yes folks , the media is making us all crazy. Turn off and tune out. You’ll be a much happier person .
