I have to wonder if leadership and their supporters have an issue with free speech. Leadership requires accountability from those at the top who are then tasked with handling staff appropriately and with equal treatment. Leadership dictates the culture not the other way around. Compassion, respect, and fairness must start at the top and remain consistent with everyone they interact with including residents and staff alike. When multiple employees and residents turn to Spout Off to air their grievances it might be a sign that leadership are the only ones wearing rose colored glasses.
