I have to agree with Stone Harbor second homeowners spout about the “locals” relying on revenue from those owners property taxes to fund the government. First thing that should be done is to have a town wide reassessment of properties. To many of the locals are living and owning homes worth a 100% more than they are assessed for. Bring all properties up to real selling value.
