I have been plowing snow for almost 50 years, and yes, some of the local road are plowed horribly. But, being our area in south Jersey we have not seen much snow accumulation like this in many years. A lot of those with that snow plow experience have retired, and you can not get that experience when you do not get plowable snow amounts it’s that simple. Sounds like an excuse, but!
