I find it incredible that for the past 5+ years of infrastructure improvements, salary increases, higher utility rates, insurance, retirement payouts, enhancements to our playgrounds and additional facilities, the list goes on-that again, the local purpose tax is proposed to be a 0 percent tax increase. Yet there are those preaching smoke and mirrors. Do your homework, remove your blinders, and stop the HATE that you secretly carry with you. Give the Mayor and Council the credit they deserve. There is no end in sight on what they hope to accomplish. Lower strong and proud!
