I feel sorry for the citizens of Philly over SEPTA cutting back 32 bus routes and some rail lines, plus increasing the fares to ride whats left.They say they need 215 million from Harrisburg to maintain normal operating.How did this get so messed up? Why don't they fire the pencil pushers and paper shufflers and trim their bloated management positions back and cut pay to the ones they keep? It's always the hard working regular people who suffer because of unqualified people running a business into the ground.Maybe SEPTA should be privatized and let free enterprise and capitalism run the show
