I enjoy reading spout offs and don't contribute, but this time I need to say something about the American Legion. I live pretty close to that building as I bought years ago and it's always been pretty quiet. Last summer I experienced a significant number of cars and longer hours of whatever is going on in there. This area is zoned residential and that's the way it needs to stay. Million dollar houses next to a bar makes values go down and less safe. When I read the word salads about this in spout off it reeks with the undertones of non-Stone Harbor spouts wanting a drinking playhouse.
