I don't understand the "if you don't like living in a tourist area, then move!" line from 2nd homeowners or new year round residents who are the very same people that also have a laundry list of retail stores and restaurants they want built in the county. Why did you move here knowing we didn't have a ChickFilA, Costco, Sam's, Applebee's, etc? Why not purchase in Atlantic Co, where those things are already located?
