I don't understand parking in the fire lane..I really don't understand driving through it when someone is standing in it. I enjoy the sunset beach flag and on occasion stop to see the men take the North Post office flag down. On occasion they can't do to traffic in the fire lane. Two recent days drivers drove up almost hitting them asking them about the post office and handing mail..at 5:00 ? It's not disrespectful to delay the taking down of the flag...but to block the area or almost hit the men who serve the community is ashame.
