I applaud the Philly Mayor for proposing raising short term rental taxes, Lower Township needs to do the same. Short term rental owners act like we’d all starve to death without them. Get over yourselves. You are running pop-up commercial hotels in strictly residential zones, killing housing for locals, and poaching guests from our actual hotel industry then you throw an entitlement tantrum about it when called out.
