I agree wholeheartedly with the SH spout about shore towns losing their character... Makes me wonder when the transition is complete and nobody can afford to come anymore what these places will look like. Businesses and restaurants won't survive it. It will be like a ghost town. With giant houses. It's amazing how greed can destroy.
