It is totally subsidized by the tolls on the delaware memorial bridge.. It does not actively make a profit. It spends more money than it could ever possibly make...the DRBA is proud to waste your money... They could have built a bridge thirty or forty years ago.. It would have paid for itself.. Instead, they would rather run this boat back And forth losing money..
