How much longer? For what has been at least ten years, the motel on Rosemary Ave and the beach, in the Crest, has been a gutted, abandoned, and an eyesore. The developer has left this property vacant and to the whims of the weather. (Unfortunately, our wide beaches will not allow the ocean to claim this deserted structure.) Crest commissioners and mayor, how much longer can our borough and business community tolerate this derelict property not attracting revenue-generating vacationers?
