How is it that CMC,commissioners hire retired police,etc in Director positions without any knowledge of said department? Or how about Director(s) that don’t show up for work. Aren’t employees and more importantly taxpayers who are paying these Director(s) have a right to know that they are working. So, who at the County level is not doing their job? So, it is like they are being paid for a no show job. Wouldn’t it be great if all employees could do the same. Positions at any level should go to those that are qualified not those collecting a hefty pension and now a 6 figure County job.
