How do we run freely through the sprinkler to cool off if they keep hitting us with fire hoses? We either have to get out our own fire hoses and hose them down, or we turn off our refreshing sprinklers, go back into the walls of our homes, and swelter in the heat of our angst. Why don’t they just run through the calmer waters with us, so that together we can all cool down?
