How come CMPD is allowed to lower the speed limit on certain streets in Cape May without a full county traffic study ? Can a speeding ticket be argued in the court systems if the County didn't approve and there wasn't a traffic study. The Spouter a few months ago who spoke of island wide 25MPH has a good point if the Mayor and Police Chief can just change on the fly with out county approval.
