Housing is not desperately needed in this county or anywhere in NJ. Cape May County has already become overdeveloped enough as it is. People can move to where there is housing. We don't need to create "desperately needed" (lol) housing just so more people can move here. No one ever drives around in CMC and thinks "You know what?, it would be great if there were more people here, more traffic, higher taxes and less woods!"
