Housing Expansion vs Real Estate Taxes vs Fiscal Responsibility = Pure/Simple where Budgets shouldn't be "Rubber-Stamped with Cost Of Living Increases" but should be Administered Responsibly so maybe Taxes could be Decreased [vs Just Systematically Increased] ... Do the Homework / Think out of the Box / Look at Larger Picture. We were brought up to "Live Within Our Own Means" so why shouldn't Municipalities apply the same Rules to Governing on behalf of our Taxpayers ?!??
