Hello, I am a high school graduate here and I enjoy following politics. I was accepted to Annapolis US Naval academy, 2026 class in August. I have a question, which was never answered by any of my teachers, and maybe one of the brilliant readers here can fill me in; I have read Mr. Biden's (Inflation reduction act) bill and it basically says nothing. So, I read it again and came up with the same conclusion, all 750+ pages of it. When people say Mr. Biden was some kind of a good President, well, I am SURE glad he isn't now! So, somebody please tell me what the bill was supposed to do?
