Hello America ! Over the 4th of July weekend I noticed all the parking spots at the basketball courts and playground on Delaware Ave. were taken. The only issue is there was no one playing at either spot ? Also the Acme and CVS parking lot was full. But the stores weren’t crowded ? Very Fishy !!!
