Has anyone else seen the ubiquitous red and white Rental signs on house around Court House and Rio Grande too? I think they really bring down the value of the community and the houses nearby and make the area less attractive. Don't get me wrong, every business has a right to hang a shingle outside but we have residential and commercial zones for a reason. What does everyone in Spout Off land think?
