Haddon Heights - David Robinson’s opinion on Rental Housing was spot on and refreshing. The only way to end the eviction moratorium aka disenfranchisement of landlord rights is for more landlords to protest. In the interim, the New Jersey Apartment Association is fighting daily in Trenton to help small and large landlords. Eighteen months ago it would be laughable if you said the State government was going to allow your tenants to live rent free for two years with no consequences. Landlord and homeowner rights are of equal value as any other business so why try to put them out of business?
