To the spouter regarding to many bad haircuts and the Tech schoo

Green Creek - To the spouter regarding to many bad haircuts and the Tech school. I Believe that the Tech school has two cosmetology hairstylist classes. Why two? One for High school students and one for adults. I agree with the spouter that high school kids are to immature to cut and color hair. The school should do away with the high school class and just keep the adult class.
