Green Creek - I have worked many years in schools in several districts throughout New Jersey. The last 10 years, the workplace environment has become like "a rotten apple." Employee morale is at a very low point. Administrators should rid their districts of the dead weight workforce that is only stealing from the taxpayers' dime. Many of these employees just sit or spread lies about everything that is wrong and blame everybody else for minor nuances. Remember, we're all human. Nobody is perfect.
