Goshen - Middle township code enforcement, do your job!!!! Come out of the office and smell the fresh air!! There is an RV that stays every night in one of the rio grande parking lots... Pennsylvania tags, you mean nobody ever noticed it?? After months??? Even the McDonald's workers talk about people sleeping in the parking lots....Come out government workers and do your jobs!!! The police never noticed????????
