I did not know the speaker who spoke about ordinances not being enforced in Middle, but she did a great job. She insulted all those who also volunteer to walk dogs and clean up after them by saying she gave up her precious time to defend her committee. If you wait until three days before a grant deadline, you certainly are not prepared. Addressing complaints is part of the job if you choose it. She should resign to write grants in that case.
