Goshen - Another bad accident on Rt. 47 at Hand Ave. Everyone is in a hurry to get to the shore and many are too cheap to shell out the $6 in tolls to come here on the Expressway and Parkway. Instead, they prefer the demolition derby that is Rt. 47, one of the most dangerous roads in America.
