To the person or persons who owns a Dalmatian, your dog almost died today (April 8). As I was traveling home from work on Rt. 47, your dog unleashed darted right out into traffic inches away from my bumper. If I didn't slam on my breaks your dog would have been dead. I have encountered your dog at least 4 times on Rt. 47. If I see it again unleashed I will call animal control.
