Glad to see the war memorial will be built in CM on Beach Ave. Those sailors entombed on that ship deserve it. Looks like a very nice memorial. Ashamed that that some of the people who live near poverty beach were more concerned with their property values instead of the rich history surrounding this memorial. If it wasn’t for the sacrifice of these sailors and the sacrifice of all our veterans who lost their lives we wouldn’t have the freedom to go to the beach and enjoy ourselves.
