For years DT Committee has put off or blatantly refused to deal with affordable housing. This oversight has made it very difficult for young people to buy homes in Dennis Township. Housing costs in Cape May County are some of the highest in the State and Dennis is no exception. We need creative ways to ensure that DT stays a family-oriented place. John and I have a few ideas on how to do this, including working with Habitat for Humanity. We are committed to community appropriate affordable housing and believe it can add value to our community.
