For the villas spouter who has the issues with air b n b - I suggest making a note of the location and then call the township to make sure that home is properly registered as a short term rental. If you have to live near it you at least get the comfort of knowing they are paying all the taxes as they are required. Furthermore start attending town meetings, suggest putting a cap on the number of these short term rentals such as other popular shore towns have. Don’t loose your voice and don’t forget your power.
