For years I helped my neighbor with food shopping and garbage removal. Then she fell & neighbors & I in our building cleaned her apartment. No one ever asked or was given ONE CENT for our precious time and travel expenses. I paid for her RX & groceries & got paid when she was able to go to bank. Recently she had a heart attack & someone helped paying her bills. I went to welcome her from months in rehab and she didn't want to see me. Her Medicare card was compromised and I got accused of doing it. I never had personal or financial info..SPOUTERS HELP!
