After seeing the article about the County fire depts. seeking volunteers…..I thought I’d share this….After filling out an “application”, to become a volunteer fireman, I was informed that I was not accepted. Not accepted?!?!? I’m 39, healthy, live locally, and willing to sacrifice my life, to save someone else’s life and property, FOR FREE, and with the possibility of death. I was rejected?
