Fishing Creek - Where is the outrage and criminal investigation by the police, SPCA and news media regarding the dead animals, most likely dogs, that were executed and dumped in the marsh? It certainly doesn't look to me like they are 'river otters.' Some illegal criminal dog fighting ring got rid of animals they didn't want.
