Would like to send a special shout out to the DRBA for the debac

Erma - Would like to send a special shout out to the DRBA for the debacle on Breakwater Road in Erma. How do you drop all that Sludge off right across from the airport and think that was a great idea? The homes in that area are serviced by well water and just the sight of that mess, I mean come on the Freeholders should be ASHAMED of themselves for letting this happen, I bet it would never happen on Stone Harbor Blvd or Avalon Blvd or next to Morey’s Pier!
