Why does Cape Tech not offer Electrical and Plumbing to all thei

Erma - Why does Cape Tech not offer Electrical and Plumbing to all their students? Hum… good question? It looks as if they may be in VIOLATION of Title 9. They do not offer these programs to High School students, they do offer it to adults as an apprenticeship program which takes years to complete. The students are not being offered a CLEAR Trade class due to Tech forcing their students to take more college bound courses versus a true Trade. I see many electricians and plumbers in Cape May County with Help Wanted signs. There is a need for men and women in the Trades they just need a chance. FOUR!!!
