Erma - Where in the Constitution or any place else does religious institutions, hospitals or any other non-profit organization not have to pay taxes? If property owners are not paying their taxes, then who does? If a person is delinquent on their taxes, then their property can be put up for a tax sale. Why should institutions be given a status of non-profit and others have to pay their share? This appears to be nothing but discriminatory towards those who pay taxes. Another loophole that favors some over others.
