Erma - We called Middle Township police to report dogs being outside in below freezing weather recently and they said animal control only responds to emergencies. If a dog tied outside in 18 degree weather is not an emergency, I don't know what is. When another dog freezes to death in Middle, maybe that will be an emergency? Hope they are patrolling for the dogs outside when it goes down again. Hope I am not the only one calling them. Dogs have died all over the country in this cold snap and officials should be concerned.
