Erma - For those of who couldn't figure out what "on hold" means in Lower Township in reference to the aquatic center, it means not this year or next year, and probably not in our lifetime. Township manager should have started with just a pool, and slipped more things in as the project got going, like they do with every other project. The problem was too much opposition and the township knew a petition was going around and had over a 1,000 signatures, so they had to pull the project, to save egg on their face. They ramrodded the taxpayers on the sidewalk project, but not this one.
