Too bad there is no enforcement from the township or animal control because that would be a real cash cow since almost every house has two dogs and no license. What the township needs is a dog census. It was in the last contract with the privatized animal control outfit the township hired again but they didn't honor it and it slipped through the cracks. More money wasted.
