Erma - There seem to be a lot of folks complaining about little things in Lower Township public areas that need to be repaired, fixed, cleaned up, or replaced. The township manager should be on top of all this. Maybe he is too busy trying to figure out how to pay for the proposed aquatic center without doubling property taxes.
