Erma - Thanks to the spouter who corrected my spout calling it a park. Cox Hall Creek WMA is the proper name. WMA means Wildlife Management Area. This means sustaining wildlife, not chopping down bushes and making it an area to picnic with tables, bathrooms and nice flat places to “put down a blanket and watch the stars”. Screaming kids and loose dogs frighten the wildlife. If you want this then go to a nice county or state park.
