Erma - Regarding the person pulled over for the paint coming off their license plate, and while I definitely realize the importance of this, I am bewildered just why they don’t pull over the drivers with their radios blasting and their windows completely blacked out so you have no idea as to who is driving the car. This is so unsafe for the police who have to approach these cars, needless to say not being able to give the description of the driver if necessary.
